The Wendell Gilley Museum is having a bird carving workshop on Saturday, May 11, from 10 to 4 pm to create a life-size bay-breasted warbler using basswood and simple tools. Instructions and materials are included in the workshop fee: $25 for museum members; $35 for nonmembers. This workshop is for ages 11 and above, all skill levels welcome!
