Surry Arts at the Barn kicks off its 2016 season at 7 pm May 18 with “Blues at the Barn,” its first of a monthly blues series. It will feature local veteran blues singers Derrick Semler and Mark (the Blues-boy) Kanter and their friends. The suggested donation is $12. For more information, visit www.surryartsatthebarn.com.
