Cas Dowden, a seasoned MDI area chef and caterer, will be sharing her cooking expertise at the Beth C. Wright Cancer Resource Center in Ellsworth through a cooking demonstration workshop on Tues Mar 27 from 11:30 to 1 pm. Cas will be preparing two simple, yet nutritious and tasty recipes during her demonstration.
