The 11th Annual Downeast Cancer Conference, titled “Finding Calm in Our Community,” is scheduled for Thursday, Nov 2 from 9 to 3:15 pm at the Atlantic Oceanside Hotel and Event Center in Bar Harbor. Cancer survivors, caregivers, health care providers, social workers and interested community members are all welcome to attend this free event. Registration begins at 8. Lunch is available at no charge to all participants and there will also be door prizes. For more information or to register, contact the Beth C.
