On Tuesday, Feb 13 from noon to 1 pm at the Ellsworth City Hall, Europa Hagerman of the Friends in Action fitness program, will give a talk titled “It Ain’t Necessarily So … That You Can’t Be Fit and Lively After 60!” This event is free and open to the public.
