The Beth C. Wright Cancer Resource Center is hosting a luncheon talk “Eating for Prevention and Recovery” by Edee Howland on Wednesday, Jan. 11, at noon. The center is located at 23 Commerce Park, Ellsworth. Howland will share her knowledge on how to eat carefully without depriving oneself and discuss how you can come out feeling good. Howland is the owner of Healing Resources of Maine and is a homeopathic practitioner and nutrition educator. A light lunch will be provided.  Call the center at 664-0339 to register.
