Forum on Plastic Bags in Ellsworth

The public is invited to a forum on a proposed ordinance regarding single-use carry-out plastic bags. The forum will be held in Ellsworth at 6:30 pm on Wednesday, Dec 12, in the City Hall auditorium.  The Ellsworth Green Action Team, a subcommittee of the Ellsworth Green Plan, has drafted an ordinance for the city that would eliminate single-use carry-out plastic bags.
