The Down East Family YMCA is hosting its first ice fishing derby on Sat & Sun Feb 10 and 11. Participants can fish Hancock County wide! State of Maine biologists will be conducting weigh-ins both Saturday and Sunday from 3-6 pm at Dunn’s Hangar on Beech Hill Pond. There will be over $10,000 in prizes, including a Honda Rancher 4×4. Ticket purchase enters you to prize drawings and you do not need to be present to win! Door prizes will be drawn every 15 minutes during weigh-ins. Tickets are $20 and can be purchased at 14 locations in Hancock County.  Visit www.defymca.org for full list or for more information.
