On Tuesday, June 20 at 7 pm at Stonington Opera House James Francis, Penobscot Nation tribal historian, and Jennifer Neptune, Penobscot artist and anthropologist, will combine for an evening basket-making demonstration and slide lecture with an emphasis on elements of Penobscot culture that promises to offer us a different sense of place about Deer Isle.
