Penobscot Home Performance and Bucksport Bay Area Chamber of Commerce present Pixie Harbor Hoopla! This “magical” themed festival invites all ages to the waterfront for a day of enchantment on Sunday, June 10, from 11 to 4 pm. Dress in your finest magical and mystical costumes or come as you are!
