Come for a walk with local herbalist Brighid Doherty at Scott’s Landing preserve in Deer Isle on Mon May 21 at 9 am and learn how plants are used to nourish health and heal common ailments. Brighid will explain how to identify, ethically harvest and prepare medicinal plants. All ages are welcome rain or shine. There is a $5 suggested donation. The trails may be wet or muddy.
