Bob Faunce of Lincoln County Planning Commission will be speaking on projects done to help prepare communities from storm surge and inland flooding.  Tara Johnson from University of Maine at Machias will talk about seal level rise work in Lamoine.  This program is scheduled on Thur May 31 from 5 to 8 pm at the Ellsworth VFW.  A light dinner will be served.  This event is free for all Hancock residents and $10 for others.  Register by calling Hancock County Planning Commission at 667-7131.
