On Wednesday, Jan. 11, at 5:30 p.m., Don Small will read from his new memoir, “Salt Water Town,” at the Brooksville Free Public Library. “Salt Water Town” is a collection of short stories set in Castine around 1950. Some are based on actual events in his life or events recalled by friends, while others are fictional.  This event is free and open to everyone.
