In celebration of Earth Day the towns of Gouldsboro and Winter Harbor are joining forces to launch Schoodic Shines, an annual roadside cleanup on Sat April 20 at 10:30 am at the Gouldsboro Clinic parking lot. Volunteers will be working in conjunction with the Department of Transportation, which will provide bags and vests as well as picking up all that is collected.  For more information, contact the town office in Gouldsboro (963-5589) or Winter Harbor (963-2235).
