The Franklin Veterans Club is hosting a Sip N Swirl event for $35 per person on Sunday, April 22, from 2-4 pm. Pre-registration and pre-payment are required for this event. This is a fun time painting on your canvas with some tips and training while sipping some excellent beverages. No painting experience is needed.
