Tai Chi for Health Classes in Bucksport and Machias

Healthy Acadia is offering eight-week “Tai Chi for Health” courses in Bucksport & Machias beginning in November. While classes are free, a $5 donation is suggested. “Tai Chi for Rehabilitation” will be held at the Bucksport Regional Health Center, on Thursdays, Nov 2^nd through Dec 28^th from 5:30pm to 6:30pm, & at the University of Maine at Machias’ Murdock Fitness Center on Tuesdays & Thursdays, Nov 7^th through Dec 21^st from 8:30am to 9:30 am.
