The Upper Union River Historical Society’s annual yard sale and work day is scheduled for Saturday, Sept 14, from 9 to 1 pm at the School House Museum (The Red Brick Schoolhouse), 451 Ellsworth Road/Route 179, Aurora. (Rain Date, Sept. 21).  Building maintenance work includes puttying windows, painting and artifact logging/accession. Everyone is asked to bring their own picnic lunch.
