“World in Your Library” Series at Ellsworth Public Library

Vietnam veteran, journalist and author Nick Mills will present on the topic “Afghanistan, Iraq, Libya, Syria: Failed Interventions at the Rise of ISIS” on Thur Sept 27 at the Ellsworth Public Library.
