On Wednesday, Aug. 5, at 5:30 pm, Adam Ganser will give a Zoom talk sponsored by the Northeast Harbor Library called “The History of the High Line.” This discussion will look at the current role of NYC’s parks during the pandemic, trace the history of the preservation and development of the High Line, and look to the future of parks and open space in New York City as we emerge into a long economic recovery.  This talk is free and open to the public.
