Talk on Charcuterie at Jesup Memorial Library

David O’Brien will give a talk on charcuterie on Thursday, Nov 29, at 7 pm at the Jesup Memorial Library in Bar Harbor. Charcuterie is the branch of cooking devoted to prepared meat products, such as bacon, ham, sausage, terrines, galantines, ballotines, pâtés, and confit, primarily from pork.
