There will be a Bake Sale to help Autumn Paul on her trip to compete in Track and Field at the “Down Under Games” in Australia. It will be held Sat May 11th at Sylvia's Cafe in the Mill Mall from 8-2.

“Help Stamp Out Hunger” campaign is happening on Sat May 11 with the US Postal Service.  Bag nonperishable food items and place by your mailbox for your letter carrier to pick up and deliver to food banks and pantries in the community.  All donations stay local.  For more information, visit stampouthungerfoodddrive dot us.

There will be an Indoor Yard Sale at the Elks Lodge in Ellsworth on High Street on Saturday & Sunday, May 11 & 12, from 8 to 2 pm both days.  One half of the proceeds will go to MCCP (Maine Childrens Cancer Program.)  This even is open to the public.

Jody Mountcastle will lead a workshop titled “Planning Your Own Medicine Garden” on Saturday, May 11, from 9-11 am at the Women’s Health Resource Library in Milbridge.
