In recognition of National Adopt a Pet Day on Saturday, April 30th, the SPCA of Hancock County in Trenton is holding a free Open House Fun Day from 11 to 4.  Take a staff guided tour the SPCA shelter, check out all the wonderful animals seeking their forever homes and fill out your adoption application. There’ll be free popcorn and lots of kitty cuddles guaranteed!    (If you want to adopt an animal during the Open House, you’ll need a pet adoption pre-approval which can be done through their website at spca hancockcounty – dot-org.)
