There will be a program offered on Tuesday, July 26, from 10:30 to 1:30 pm on Seva Stress Release for Self-Care at the Beth C. Wright Cancer Resource Center, 23 Commerce Park in Ellsworth.  This three hour program, presented by trained instructor Mary Cline, teaches an acupressure protocol through demonstration and hands-on practice that can be used for self-care for general relaxation and well-being or extreme shock and stress.
