Artist and filmmaker Alan Magee will present three of his short films at the Blue Hill Library on Friday, Oct 23, at 7 pm. The topics are gun violence, mass surveillance and the National Defense Authorization Act. Magee’s style combines songwriting, narrative and visual art and results in lively and thought-provoking pieces. The event will be held in the library’s Howard Room.
