Walk to End Alzheimer’s in Hulls Cove

Birch Bay Retirement Village is hosting a local Walk to End Alzheimer’s on Saturday, Sept 10, from 10 to 11:30 am, rain or shine. Everyone is invited; pre-registration is not required. Starting at 10 am, sign in at Birch Bay Village, located at 25 Village Inn Road in Hulls Cove. Then walk around Birch Bay’s quarter-mile track with scenic views of Frenchman Bay. Walkers receive an Alzheimer’s Association wristband and have a chance to win fabulous raffle prizes. Water and snacks will be provided. Walkers are encouraged to wear purple to show their support. Donations to the Alzheimer’s Association will be accepted.  For more information, call 288-8014.
