“America’s Boating Course” is being presented at Ellsworth Elementary-Middle School, 20 Forest Ave., by the Penobscot Bay Sail and Power Squadron. Classes begin on Thursday Sept 22, from 6 to 8 pm and continue for seven Thursday sessions. Anyone interested in learning to skipper a boat safely and confidently is encouraged to attend this public boating course. The course fee is $36 and includes a course guide/workbook.
