Ianna Hondros-McCarthy, author of “Stickier Rice, Clearer Purpose: An Introduction to Mindfulness from a Traveling Student,” will talk about her book and what she learned while living in Thailand at the Southwest Harbor Public Library on Saturday, Oct 17, at 11 am.
