The First Congregational Church of Ellsworth is holding a Barbeque chicken supper on Saturday, August 22, from 5 to 6:30 pm. Also on the menu is coleslaw, potato salad, barbeque beans, corn on the cob, roll, tea, coffee or lemonade, and home made pie. The church is handicap accessible and located across from the Ellsworth police department on Church Street. The price is $8.00 per person or $20.00 per family and children under 5 eat for free.
