On Saturday, Oct 1, at 7 pm, there is a benefit concert at the First Congregational Church of Ellsworth in support of the Youth Medical Mission trip to La Romana, Dominican Republic to help the Good Samaritan Hospital.  Opening the show, the acoustic duo of CHIP and RIAN will harmonize on classics by the Beatles, CSN, James Taylor, Dan Fogelberg, and The Band, to name a few.    The cost is $10 for adults and $6 for students.  Refreshments will be available.  For information please call Lois Stevens at 669-2028
