Benefit Spaghetti Dinner in Ellsworth

A benefit spaghetti dinner is scheduled for Friday, Aug 26, from 6 to 9 pm at the Ellsworth Masonic Lodge, 140 Bucksport Road. The dinner is to benefit epilepsy awareness, with proceeds going to help Ellsworth High School graduate Sylena Parr, who has epilepsy, with medical expenses. Also, money from a 50/50 raffle at the event will be donated to the Epilepsy Foundation of New England.  The event also will include a basket raffle, with over $2,500 in prizes donated by local businesses.
