An American Red Cross blood drive is planned for Wed Feb 13 from 11 to 4 pm at the Neighborhood House, 1 Kimball Road in Northeast Harbor. A donation shortfall over the winter holidays is prompting the American Red Cross to issue an emergency call for blood and platelet donors.
