Blue Hill Heritage Trust is launching a new online series called “The Story of Place,” dedicated to the memory local historian Bob Slaven. Stories will include properties protected by Blue Hill Heritage Trust, as well as others of cultural and historic significance to the Blue Hill Peninsula. The series continues on Thursday, Jan 21 at 4 pm, with the story of the conservation of Blue Hill Mountain with former board members instrumental in protecting large parts of the mountain, as well as the mountain’s current trail steward.
