Blue Hill Public Library’s Holiday Party

The public is invited to the annual Blue Hill Library holiday party on Saturday, Dec 19, from 2:30 to 5:30 pm. The entertainment will kick with songs and stories from Noel Paul Stookey followed by the talented jazz stylings of the GSA “High Five” Varsity Jazz Combo. The library will also feature the traditional and always entertaining dramatic reading of Dickens’ “A Christmas Carol.” Magician Norman Ng will both offer a head-scratching performance as well as a special workshop for kids of all ages. Blue Hill’s own Ellacapella will perform and the party will conclude with holiday carols accompanied by Holly Bartlett Weinberg on piano. For more information, call the library at 374-5515.
