Boat Trip to Swan’s Island

Take a boat ride on Thursday, July 9, from 11:30 to 4 pm to Swan’s Island with Anne Beerits, who will lead a walk on Hockamock Head, a town-owned park that includes the Burnt Coat Harbor Lighthouse, nearly two miles of trails and access to two beaches. Bring lunch/snacks and and dress in layers. The cost is $55 for Island Heritage Trust members and $65 for nonmembers. Reservations and pre-payment are required. For more information, call 348-2455.
