A two day Bookbinding Workshop is happening at Woodlawn Museum in Ellsworth on Thursday & Friday, July 9 & 10, from 9 to 4 pm. In this hands-on workshop, conservation bookbinder Susannah Fisher of The Whimsical Rustic teaches students to bind two simple Japanese structures. No previous bookbinding experience is necessary, and intermediate skilled binders are also welcome. The cost is $215 for Woodlawn members/$225 for nonmembers. Space is limited.
