Branch Pond Association Meeting

The Branch Pond Association will hold its annual meeting on Thursday, Aug 4, in the theater at the Moore Community Center, 125 State St. in Ellsworth.  A social hour begins at 6:30 pm, followed by the business meeting at 7. The water quality of Branch Lake will be discussed, with an emphasis on preventing invasive plants. Newcomers to the lake are especially urged to attend, as it is a good opportunity to meet neighbors from all areas on the lake and learn about the mission of the Branch Pond Association. A limited selection of Branch Lake merchandise will be available for purchase before or after the meeting.
