Bread Baking Workshop in NE Harbor

The Northeast Harbor Library is offering a bread baking workshop with master baker Steve Anastasia of Old Dog Baking Co. The workshop will take place in the kitchen of the Neighborhood House, Northeast Harbor, on Saturday, March 2, from 9 to noon. Steve would like people to bring a sample of their own bread to share, to learn what the pitfalls are, and learn how to fix it. The workshop is free of charge. Space is limited, so call 276-3333 to sign up.
