On Thurs Mar 19 at noon, the Schoodic Institute is hosting a brown bag discussion titled “Dark and Cold? Ice and Snow? Bring it On!” at the Moore Auditorium on the Schoodic Institute campus in Winter Harbor. This lunch and learn takes a look at the seasonal affective disorder (SAD) and what to do about it.
