During the month of February, Downeast Senior College is offering weekly one-hour public brown bag discussions about topics of local interest. The discussions are held on Tuesdays from noon-1 pm at Ellsworth City Hall. The events are free and open to the public. Participants are invited to bring a brown bag lunch.  On Tuesday, Feb 6, John Banks, conservation commissioner and natural resources director for the Penobscot Nation, will speak on the nation’s conservation program.  For more information, call 667-3897.
