The Blue Hill Library’s popular Celebrity Spelling Bee fundraiser is back for a third year on Friday, Oct 30, at 6:30 pm. Ten brave local personalities will face off to see who can spell the best under pressure in front of an audience. Unlike school spelling bees, there will be musical commentary by Paul Sullivan, wine and refreshments. Plus when a contestant misspells a word the library makes money because the audience can buy spellers back in the game. Add to this a healthy dose of humor and you have a fun family event that will keep you chuckling for days.
