The Surry Concert Barn’s Charlie Chaplin film series continues with “City Lights” on Thursday, July 23, at 7 pm. Released in 1931, Chaplin again stars as the Tramp, who, with the aid of a wealthy, erratic alcoholic, tries to accumulate money to help a blind flower girl he’s fallen in love with.
