Arthur Russell Week (ARW) will present a concert at St. John Episcopal Church in Southwest Harbor on Thur July 11 at 7 pm. The concert is free of charge and open to the public. Arthur Russell Week is a one-week summer festival for young musicians, ages 8-13, and adult amateurs.
