Cooking Class Demonstration in Ellsworth

Chef Cas Dowden will be returning to the Beth C. Wright Cancer Resource Center kitchen on Wednesday, Dec 5, at 11:30 am to offer another wintertime cooking class to demonstrate how fun and easy it is to cook healthy meals at home. During the December session, Cas will be sharing recipes for a variety of pasta dishes. Participants will be encouraged to help in the kitchen and sample the dishes afterward.
