Healthy Acadia, in partnership with Bucksport’s RSU 25 Adult Education, is offering a free six-class “Cooking Matters” course at Bucksport High School on Tuesdays from 4 to 6, beginning January 19th. The series is specially designed for those struggling to stretch their food dollars. In each class, participants will create a meal and enjoy sampling their completed dishes. Free take-home ingredients will be provided to recreate the meal at home. To register, contact RSU 25 Adult Ed at 469-2129.
