On Saturday, April 29 from 10 to 2 pm the Ellsworth Police Department, Hancock County Sheriff’s Department and Healthy Acadia will have a drug take back at the Ellsworth Area Chamber of Commerce located at 163 High Street. Please bring your discontinued, outdated, unwanted drugs for safe disposal. Any and all drugs will be taken without question for free.
The following police departments are also participating:
10 – 2 pm:
Bar Harbor Police Department
Bucksport Police Department
Gouldsboro Police Department
Mt. Desert Police Department
Southwest Harbor Police Department
10 – 12 pm:
Winter Harbor Police Department
