Learn how to use a dutch oven over an open fire with Ed Pontbriand in a hands-on workshop at the Schoodic Institute in Winter Harbor on Sunday, Feb 28, from 9 to 11 am. Cook a variety of courses and then gather with friends and enjoy what you’ve created. Dress warm, and plan to come hungry. This workshop costs $20 and is offered as part of the Acadia Winter Festival. The event is for ages 12 and up unless accompanied by an adult. For more information, call 288-1310.
