The Ellsworth Hometown Festival happens Saturday (6/26) at the Maine Coast Mall. Featured this year: a petting zoo, craft fair, kids’ activities, water safety from the Maine Game Wardens, food drive for the Emmaus Shelter, the Hancock County Sheriff’s children’s retina scan, and the annual recipe contest – featuring strawberries.
