The Franklin Library’s Fall Foliage Festival, a fundraising event for the library, is scheduled for Saturday, Oct 13 at 11 am. There will be a vintage and collectibles sale, book sale, food sale, soup and baked goods and activities for kids. For more information, call 565-5054.
