Food Workshop in Blue Hill

The Halcyon Grange in Blue Hill is hosting a series of daytime food preparation workshops this winter focusing on fermented foods. The first workshop, scheduled for Monday, Jan 29 at 10:30 am is “Elena’s Sauerkraut.” Elena Bourakovsky will guide participants through the process of making lacto-fermented sauerkraut in the traditional Russian style.
