Retired Hancock County Sheriff Bill Clark will be the guest speaker at a Franklin Historical Society program on June 10 at 7 pm. Clark’s talk is titled “Forty-two Years Behind the Badge.” Refreshments will be served and all are welcome to attend. For more information, call 565-3349.
